Refund Policy

Because our services are customized for every client:

  • Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

  • If you are unhappy with the result, please notify us within 48 hours.

  • A complimentary correction or adjustment may be offered (at the salon’s discretion).

  • Redo is only applicable for the same service done originally.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations should be made at least 3 hours before your appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking preferences.

Advance Payments

If any services require advance payment or deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be adjusted to another date if rescheduled in advance.


2. Booking Policy

To ensure smooth service flow:

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • Your time slot is confirmed only after our team responds and approves the booking.

  • Please arrive on time. A delay of 10–15 minutes may shorten or reschedule your appointment.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

We reserve the right to adjust or refuse appointments during peak hours.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • Chemical services (keratin, color, highlights, smoothing, etc.) react differently depending on your previous treatments and aftercare routine.

  • We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, scalp conditions, pregnant/breastfeeding restrictions, or previous chemical damage.

  • Please follow our aftercare instructions for best results.

If you have any sensitivities or medical concerns, inform our stylist before the service.
