5. Refunds & Redo Policy

5.1 Refunds

As we provide personalized beauty services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

5.2 Service Redo

If you are unhappy with the service:

  • Notify us within 48 hours.

  • You may be eligible for a complimentary fix or adjustment (at the salon’s discretion).

The service redo is only valid for the same service performed originally.
